back from 2/3days of the ADAMKHOO's workshop .
I LOVE THE WORKSHOP!
knew a few shocking things i didnt in the past.
but the last part of today was the most inspiring .
i am glad Melvin was our trainer :D
coz the last part of today ...
only our batch had it .
although i cut into ur dismissal time .
nobody would regret staying .
i shall elabo abit .

at the end he did smth or say told us smth .
was smth like hypnosis?
a short mental exercise where you visulise scenes in your mind .
closed the lights, cover our face with hands& look down ..
imagined things, alot of things .
Ur life in the past 15years .
in the hospital, ur young father&mother smiling at a baby, YOU .
in a dark room, 2 doors .
the 1st door opened, you saw ur father .
his face. wrinkles. he's growing old .
he talks to you. when you're young ,
you used to take his hand tell him everything after sch .
you welcome him with a hug when he comes back from work ,
as you grow older, no longer talk .
when was the last time your father buy smth for himself?
How long ago? his money? for your use .
he tells you he cant be thr forever .
you hold his hand. warm...
And it start to turn cold. he collapsed. a light from the door took him away.
similarly for the mother part.
used to be so good together.
as you grow up, you shout at her for nagging and stuff.
as the two of them disappear in the light in the door.
you're alone. in the dark room.
you then see yourself in the mirror.
what will say to yourself? what promise would you make?
seriously .
realised loads of things which i didnt in the past.
It was sooo great.
cried like hell btw, the whole class did.
as in class 44, 45, 46 .
girls did. boys did.
tears.mucus covered the whole face .
no need to feel paiseh and just cry our heart out.
feeling guilty to your parents. feeling angry about yourself.
i felt better. letting out emotions which everyone wouldnt dare to do in school.
but well. we learned ALOT after all.

now .
i have motivation, goals in the life, things i WANT to do.
i believe alot of those ppl are too.
for myself, for my future, for my family, for me.
